Coexi(s)t

The piece begins with two entities spiraling around each other, with little recognition of the other’s existence. As awareness increases, their relationship grows from obliviousness, to curiosity, to skepticism, and eventually to acceptance and cooperation. Without the other’s support, it is clear that the momentum would not have continued.

Coexi(s)t illustrates how diversity, inclusion and cooperation will always make us stronger. And uses dance vocabulary to explore the parallel between biological and anthropological evolution.
