We all have something that is our “go to” when we are down, tired, uninspired or doubtful. For some, that reprieve comes from religion. For others, it’s a vice. But in the end, isn’t too much of anything a vice? This piece explores the cycle of needing, getting, and being depleted of your “vice”. How you feel and interact when you finally get that certain something that gets you through, verses the palpable decline when you don’t.

This piece will continue to evolve as we dive deeper into the emotive impact of our addiction to personal habits.
